Domain I: Stabilization

Food Security

and Community Health

Before individuals and families can pursue opportunity, they must be stable, nourished, and supported. Our stabilization programs focus on senior nutrition and community-based supports that strengthen health, dignity, and trust.

Meals on the Move

Meals on the Move is a senior nutrition program designed to support food-insecure older adults aging in place through reliable, home-delivered meals and community partnerships. The program prioritizes dignity, access, and health stabilization for seniors with mobility and transportation barriers.

 

Core components:

  • Home-delivered meals for older adults with limited mobility

  • Culturally responsive meal options, including halal-compliant meals where needed

  • Route and delivery capacity expansion through transportation and logistics support

  • Partnership-based service delivery with community organizations

 

Measurable outcomes:

  • Number of meals delivered annually

  • Number of seniors served

  • Delivery routes expanded and waitlists reduced

  • Improved consistency of nutrition access for participating seniors

Youth V.I.B.E.

Global Classrooms

Youth V.I.B.E. Global Classrooms is a place-based youth development pilot designed to prepare students for postsecondary education, workforce pathways, and entrepreneurship by strengthening global literacy, communication skills, and career awareness. Delivered through after-school learning hubs, community partner sites, and secure virtual classrooms.

 

Core components:

  • Global literacy and leadership development

  • Applied communication confidence building

  • Workforce and entrepreneurship exploration tied to real-world pathways

  • Responsible technology-enabled learning that supports instruction and readiness

 

Measurable outcomes:

  • Number of students enrolled and completing the program

  • Number of instructional sessions delivered

  • Increased communication confidence and pathway awareness

  • Improved readiness for college, careers, and entrepreneurship

Youth Development

and Global Citizenship

Opportunity expands when young people are equipped with skills, confidence, and a broader view of what is possible. Our formation programs prepare students for postsecondary education, workforce pathways, and real-world readiness.

Cross-Cutting Initiative:

Nya’s Legacy Project

Nya’s Legacy Project is a grief-informed care initiative designed to ensure families experiencing infant loss or NICU transition do not leave hospital settings without compassionate, tangible support. Delivered through hospital partnerships and community-based distribution, the project bridges the gap between clinical care and home transition.

Core components:

  • Grief and family support Memory Kits (books, sibling resources, reflection tools, keepsake items)

  • Safe sleep and transition resources, including hospital-appropriate swaddles paired with supportive education

  • Community-engaged assembly and distribution in partnership with youth and volunteers

 

Measurable outcomes:

  • Number of Memory Kits assembled and distributed

  • Number of swaddles provided

  • Number of hospital and community partners engaged

  • Number of families served annually
