Supreme Family Foundation — Text Messaging Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 9, 2026
Supreme Family Foundation ("SFF," "we," "us," or "our") offers a text messaging (SMS) program to share event reminders and updates, including for the We The People: Civic Voices Series and other SFF programs, with individuals who have opted in to receive them.
Information We Collect
When you register for an SFF event or program and provide your mobile phone number, we collect that number along with any other information you provide during registration (such as your name and email address).
How We Use Your Information
We use your mobile number to send you text messages related to:
-
Event reminders and logistics updates
-
Registration confirmations
-
Occasional updates about SFF programs and events you've opted in to hear about
Non-Sharing of Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. For an event series like We The People: Civic Voices Series, you can expect approximately 5 messages per session you register for (for example: one confirmation and one or two reminders). Frequency may vary for other SFF campaigns.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies depending on the program.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent to that number from this program. If you'd like to opt back in, you can do so by registering again through an SFF event registration form.
