Supreme Family Foundation Text Messaging Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 22, 2026

Program Description

By opting in to the Supreme Family Foundation ("SFF") text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring text messages from SFF related to event reminders, registration confirmations, talent pool signup and updates about SFF programs you have opted into, including the We The People: Civic Voices Series.

Consent

By providing your mobile number during event registration and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from SFF at that number. Consent is not a condition of registering for or attending any SFF event or program.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. For an event series like We The People: Civic Voices Series, you can expect approximately 5 messages per session you register for. For gig opt-in, you can expect 5-10 messages per month. Frequency may vary for other SFF campaigns.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel this service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to that number under this program. If you'd like to opt back in, you can do so by registering again through an SFF event registration form.

Carrier Liability

Carriers, including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, and other participating carriers, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Changes to These Terms

SFF may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted at this same URL with a revised effective date.
