Volunteer With Us
Deliver meals to homebound seniors or serve at one of our meal sites. Shifts run Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Give one morning a week or one a month, whichever fits your life.
What to Expect
Deliver meals
Routes begin and end at the Meals on Wheels kitchen. Exact addresses are shared only after you claim a shift.
Serve at a meal site
Spend a morning serving seniors at one of five meal sites in the DeKalb area. Shifts follow the same Monday through Thursday schedule.
What you need
A valid driver's license for delivery routes and a warm, welcoming manner. About an hour of training prepares you before your first shift.
